Work experience:

Has worked with Uganda Telecom in the positions of: Head, Enterprise Business; Segment Manager, Government Business; and Manager, Partnership Sales.
In NATO ENGINEERING CO. Ltd, his key roles and responsibilities as Operations Manager include:
Develop work tools and approaches for on-going works.
Streamline processes like reporting and follow up on incidence.
Managing accountability, customer care and valuing diversity.
Preparation of quarterly work plans and progress reports for projects.

Participate in preparation of tender documents.
Monitoring of all engineering matters including supervision of civil works.
Reviewing the designs for works in close consultation with the Consultants and Quantity Surveyor.
Prepare monthly progress reports.
