PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTRACT SUPERVISION
Project management begins by defining roles, responsibilities, establishing procedural rules, work and communication processes, as well as planning procurement procedures for the contracts that have been concluded. Work progress is monitored and the client is regularly updated on the status of the project, any changes made to it, and the prospects for completion.

We provide the client with construction managers, and at the client's request handles all project management, contractor coordination, and project control at the project site. Construction supervision is divided into professional, cost, and project schedule supervision elements.
